HOw Quick are the 4th Gen 2.3 Si NOn Vtec?

I heard that they are quicker than the 2.2 vtec 4th gen preludes...

no frickin way.. it does have more midrange, tho. You really have to work a VTEC but it rewards you when you do!

agreed...there's a 30hp difference that no "midrange" can make up for. but i've seen modded si's hang with stock vtecs. if you're looking, do yourself a favor and start out with the vtec...although i love my si

There actually not too bad, i race my firend with his 92si and my 96vetc and he can hang of the line but when i rip through 2nd at the end i'm gone

no way!!! VTEC the greatest and higher rev line. although i have a Si and still love it darely rather have his older brother though.
