Pardon the dumb question, but I just wanna make sure.....just tighten up those screws (the ones circled in red) and the rattling is gone? Only time I ever opened the freakin thing was when the car was parked cuz it was so annoying while driving. This is my new project for next weekend........hope it does work!

thats correct...the screws hold the bracket onto the rails on the sunroof...the actual roof itself attaches to this bracket with the 10mm nuts....

The sunroof track, has a TSB out on rattling too, this may not solve your rattles 1005.. but in my case it did 99.8% The front left corner makes a SLIGHT sound if I nail bumps in the road.. but I try to avoid such things.

I would assume this is how most vehicle sunroofs are designed, so pretty much a lot of vehciles could benefit from this tightening I would think.

is not has hard as it sounds...all you need is a phillip screw driver and a deep #10 socket, 2 screw that hold the liner,8 bolts that holds down the sunroof panel to slider and tighten six screw that holds the slider to frame, I briefly read over the directions without the pic and went out and did it within 20 minutes, you can doooo iiiiit
