How much torque can a stock clutch hold?

I have a '93 Prelude VTEC Turbo. I'm trying to find out how much torque my clutch can hold. I know that Honda's don't have that much torque, so I was wondering if I can keep my factory clutch. If not, then what is the best route to go without a harsh engagement. I heard that the southland disc with a act pressure plate is the best route to go. If this is true anybody know the number to southland?

ACT heavy duty pressure plate and street disc, but 6 puc would be nicer and it isn't harsh... 4 puc now that **** is harsh!

They put a JRSC in a fifth gen at dealership near me. The stock clutch lasted a week.

it doesn't say anywhere on the site that its "remanufactured" but it does say this...
