Say I take a stock front bumper off the car. How much will a body shop charge to paint it?

Had a guy back into my front bumper and for professional paint job of sanding priming and repainting was 398 even. That was a higher end paint shop who did an amazing job.

300, 800, 1500, 2000 grit Sand paper $8
3 cans of frost white spray paint $12
2 cans of clear coat $6
total $26

Everyone thought I couldn't do it but it turned out almost professional. I just have one dried drip blob on the bottom, but you cant see it. I'm just gonna water sand it with 2000 grite on my next day off. This is only if you have the time though.
