How much made off parting out 4th gens?

My car was rear ended by a truck going fast enough to ruin my frame so his insurance company is going to total it and I need to know if it's worth taking a smaller check and keeping the car. I'm just curious how much people who have parted out their cars before have made. I will probably buy another prelude so dependings on what it has done I may or may not have some things. Here's a sample of what will be available.

The body damage is limited to the rear end so front body panels/doors are in good shape with year old PGP R81 3coat red paint.
all glass is intact with a slight tint but rubber should be replaced
clean non-leather black/grey interior with SI trim and rear center console

Either an H23 engine/transmission/ecu or a JDM H22a engine/transmission/ecu
Jet Chipped H23 ECU
Pacesetter 4-2-1 H23 header/downpipe (similiar to dc sports i believe)
greddy-like catback (i was told it was a greddy by the previous owner but it's at least 5 years old and has no identifying marks on it)

either stock springs/dampers or neuspeed-koni/GC at 380F/420R (1year of use)

Depending on what the car i buy has these may be available:
spc 67165 camber kits (brand new)
DC Sports Front Strut Bar
MSD digital 6 ignition w/ SS coil
gude bored/port matched/velocity stacked throttle body
ACT's most streetable clutch (3years)

well it just depends on demand, keith is completely parting out his extra 4th gen and he's had some good responses, selling off parts really well

just don't think in a few weeks the whole car will be stripped though, there are common parts everyone wants and then the rest might just sit there. seeing as its a 4th gen, you might not get alot back, might as well keep it. then you can buy a cheap 4th gen and throw all the spare parts in. cheap 4th gens aren't hard to find and its not like the car would be foreign to you.

any idea if you're keeping the car to part it out yet or not?

depends.. i bought a salvaged 94 vtec w/ some mods for about $800... i made roughly 3-4k from just selling parts... but then again it was a 94+ vtec model, so it had the black leather interior, h22 and other parts that alot of people wanted.
