how much different (in length) is the 5th gen cat to 4th gen?

I just bought a 5th gen random technologies cat. i know they are different but i figure i could take the car to a good exhaust shop and they should be able to make everything fit with some cutting / messing around.

my question is how much longer is the 5th gen cat? i tried a small search but it really didn't answer my question. right now i kind of don't want to cut into my greddy header or RSR exhaust. but for this cat to work properly, i guess one of them is going to go.

Well I can tell you that the 5th gen downpipe is about 5 inches shorter than the H23 and H22 downpipes. But I doubt that cat would be THAT much longer...
