It's a nice car, I would say that you should ask for 9500-10000.
It's very hard to sell a modded car, or a stock car for that matter. I find it to be a huge chore and a headache Others have no problems, I guess they are just lucky.
I sold my almost stock (only had a GReddy Sp cat-back) 93 Si 4WS Prelude two years ago with 69,000 miles for $8700, and the car was perfect in and out. I originally was asking 12000, but three months later, I really needed to sell it because I had bought my current 94 VTEC so I settled for $8700.
I would say that your best bet is try Edmunds.com, they have decent resale estimates. Once you get that number you can add some more to the price for the mods you've done.
