how to lower Skunk2 coil-overs?

Call me a noob but how do lower the car using the wrenches. I am following what it says in the intructions but is the sleeve suppose to turn with the perch when I use the wrench to turn it? TIA, Crap, you know what? I think my mechanic forgot to install the rubber o-rings!!!

Peace

i dont have skunk 2s but i dont think the sleve is supposed to turn with the perch. But if im not mistaken, there are 2 perches right? If there are , then maybe you can keep one still and loosen the other one....

when you jack up the car, is there room for the sleve to move around the shock, or does it fit tightly on the shock?
