I really want better handling. But i dont want my bumper ripped off.

Would an inch drop be ok??

What all would i need to get to do a complete drop? Springs? Shocks? Camber Kit? Someone enlighten n idiot

buy all of the above, sleeves (with adjustable perches), and drop...drop it like its hot...
if you drop an inch yer just gonna be pissed you didn't go lower, with adjustable perches you can control your ride height. go check out ground control's website for springs and sleeves, koni or tokiko for shocks, ingals or spc for camber kit.
i hope this makes you less of an idiot

put lots of bricks in your trunk, and carry fat people in the pass. chair. theres not a lot of room for extra weight in the engine bay, so just mould up some concrete.

Now a polite answer:

Your shocks absorb the bumps in the road, you know how some hatchbacks have that poll with the bigger tube to hold it up and its got compressed air or whatever in it ?

Same mentality .. thats a shock (which our cars have 4 of) the stock shocks will most likely blow if you lower them. The way you lower your car is by either adding springs or coilovers, sport springs are shorter than the stock springs, coilovers are springs that have a metal sleeve that you can slide the base up and down with tools so you can adjust the height of your car.

About a 1.5" -2" drop is great for a city with sh!t roads and daily driving, it'll improve handling somewhat but you will want a stiffer shock to really improve the handling.

If you care about ride quality, get some TEIN SS , they may cost upwards of 1000bucks (I think Ebay they are like 850 at lowest?) they are a shock and a coilover together and give you a nice stiff sport ride, or a comfy cadillac ride somothness ..

I have KYB AGX shocks, 4 way adjustable shocks that you use a screwdriver to adjust how stiff the shocks are. I have H&R Sport Springs that drop it 1.5" all the way around, i'd be happie w/ a 2" drop because Id have no wheel gap, plus the front of the car sits higher than the rear... I spent about $400 US on this setup and its ok, but I'd rather have put my money towards the Tein SS...

That's my 2 cents.

If you want to do it ghetto, take off your stock springs and cut out 2 coils..

Be carefull if you only want to drop your car an inch using springs, they might actually raise your car, Hondas have a big problem with cracking or sagging springs, my prelude, my brothers accord, my friends accord wagon, they all had cracked and sagging springs, so we were all lowered like an inch and a half or so, So yea, coil overs or sleeves are the only way to gaurantee ride height.... I finnaly went the cheap route and got a 2.5" drop with some sprint springs shipped for like less than 130 from wholesalehyperformance.com they have some good deals, If i were you just go for the 2.5 inch drop, and watch how you approach steep inclines and it will all be good, And for camber kits, make SURE YOU LUBE THEM BEFORE PUTTING ON, other wise youll have the sound of what my friends says "ice cubes in the trunk" all the time, camber kits' bushings are not soft and they will squek and make all sorts of noises. also save on labor and put them in before puting in your springs, ...thats my .02

I have KYB AGX and H&R's as well, I love it and would have done the same again..

the most important thing as far as handling goes is NOT ride height, but mainly spring rates.. of course the right shocks to go with the high rates is important

No I don't have a camber kit, the insides of my back tires are wearing a bit after a year though .. not that bad but I didnt have it lowered and the tires on before this car was the same result so ... dunno ... meh.

Would H&R race springs be a good match with KYB AGX shocks as far as handling goes?

Yea it would be a good match but it would void the KYB warranty because its lower than 1.5" :\
