How loud is a Apexi N1?

Im talkin just bout a universal Apexi N1 N/A muffler not the catback. My bro has one on his Dels Sol Si an its not real loud an sounds just deep an smooth I was wondering how much an .6 liters makes to the exhaust note. I dont want something thats gonna drive me nuts just something smooth.

BTW- im not gettin a catback cause I don't plan on having the lude for too much longer I just want something for temp.

Thanks
Dane

Dane,

it's on a 5G but the sounds should be comparable.

It all depends on the rest of your exhaust system really. Yes, it is known that a full Apexi N1 cat-back is one of the louder exhausts, however you are talking about jyst the universal muffler. In this case you have to take into account whether or not you are going to leave the stock piping/resonator, or if you are going to be redoing the piping when instaling the muffler.

So let us know what your plans are, and what the rest of your exhaust system is comprised of.
