How Long do Honda Preludes last (miles), I have high miles and im new to the prelude import scene, how long do they last untill you start having problems usally, if well taken care of?

Also my cousins prelude (92 Si) is in good condition but has 170,000 miles on it, he lives 14hours away, is it safe for him to visit in his high mileage car if so what should he do in precaution besides a basic tune up.

Hondas will last you three hundred thousand miles if you take care of them. Just make sure you change the oil every two to three thousand miles, don't redline it every day, and get a good tune up every once in a while. You'll be just fine.

There is an Accord that my mechanic works on that has 400,000 miles on it. It still runs perfectly because the owner has done all the required maintainance.
