How to install RAZO shifter

I bought a used razo shift knob,

and inside there is no threads just a spot for a grommit or something...

am I supposed to take the one from the stock knob and put in
the RAZO

There should be a hole near the bottom and a little screw piece goes into that. when you twist it in it clamps the knob on to the lever.
