How to hold rear lower bumper in place without mudflap?

I was looking into taking of my mudflaps in the rear when I noticed it holds the lower outer bumber cover in place. Without it the thing could flap around. How have you that have taken your mudflaps off dealt with this issue? thanks.

Not fall off, just looks like it might be a little loose on the lower outside edge.

I imagine if you put the screws back in place you shouldn't have a problem. If you want some extra security just get some skinny washers. The bigger the more eye sore
