How hard is this?

I got my new engine in and want to know a few things before I get started, and who better to ask then you guys. I have the 96 s with OBD II and bought the complete swap from hondamotorsonline.com. Do I need to change anything out since I will be going to OBD I? Any other problems I might run into along the way? I have already used the search and it didn't answer the questions. Any info would be great thanks.

I guess you didn't search well enough then. Anyways, the main thing that is gonna mess you up is the wiring harness and the computer, you need to change those to the OBD1 units.

there are a couple of problems you are going to run into...
first off is your motor obdI or are you just using an obdI ecu?if your engine is obdI then you are going to have to put in a new oil pump and a crank angle sensor. you will also need the obdII to obdI conversion harness from skunk racing. second of all you are going to have to use your old wire harness off your other engine, some of the plugs will fit some won't. the ones that don't you will have to wire them up with the correct conectors. the reason for doing this is because the wire harness on the obdI engine won't just plug and play. i just went through this myself and it was a pain in the ass, mine was a 96 si and i put a 95 jdm h22 in it. i finally took mine to mahdavi motorsports in lil burn GA, there website is mahadavimotorsports.com. they do great work and i would recomend them to anyone. hope this helps and i didn't mention the obvios things like the distributor and fuel rail but i'm sure that you already knew about those

The new one got here a few days ago and I have been really busy so I've only started pulling apart the old one yesterday.
