What you have to do is get a buddy to help you out.
Whoever is the smallest has to get inside the trunk with a flash light, have your buddy close it completely, then before turning on the flash light look around the sealed area(where the rubber is) for any light coming through. If you can see light coming through there is your problem. If not then have your buddy get a hose and with the water on medium have him go all around the seam of the trunk, and while you are inside turn on the flash light and follow the water with the light and you will eventually see where the water is coming from.
You will either have to get a new weatherstrip or you can try something else. Get a two by four and a small sledge hammer and place the wood slighty under the area where it's leaking and lightly tap up. It does not take much so take it slow. This will bring the rubber up a bit. Keep checking with the water test.
Also you may want to keep checking your trunk fitment as well, if you bring the rubber up to much your trunk may not close as easily.
Hope That helps
Matt
