how do u replace an idle control valve?

Ok .....my idle does one of three things...it bounces, runs high, or runs normal. Honda checked it out nd they want 230 some odd dollars to fix it. 78 and some change for the part alone. Is this an easy part to replace.....if so can some one tell me how???? I really can't afford to spend that kind of money. Thanks

yes it is very easy to replace i replaced mine about a month ago because my idle was messed up but im glad i didnt pay a arm and a leg for it because it didnt fix my idle problem but its easy to replace i can take a pic of it later and post it. its the small piece connected to the front of your throtle body and the piece fits on all H series motors.

the only thing is the piece might be hard to find i found mine from someone parting out their motor. i only paid about 30 $ for it but i wouldnt pay all that money to get it installed.
