How do i mount seats!!! - Honda Prelude Forum

hey i bought some racing seats, but i can figure out how the hell to mount them or where to get tracks? i have the *** universal ones that come with it. anyone done this befor?

Find a company that makes mounts for your car.. the univesal ones are trash. What brand were the seats you purchased? The ones i had which were made by "lite glow" for my budget race car, were so hard to mount because they really lacked fame work under the chair to even bolt a set of sliders to.. some chairs are not even worth buying.. this is a risk you take!

there the Otto R ones, you see em on ebay. the dont seam to be to bad, any suggestions on places to look???

i forget where to buy custom brackets........."they don't seem too bad" isn't the thing to say. upgrading the seat would almost be the last thing i would do with a fourth gen for the basic fact the stock ones are pretty good (and i go road racing)

from the horror stories i've heard......i would only stick with big name manufacturers that are FIA approved
