If the exhaust is from a 4th gen then it is my understanding that the cat-back will fit on both a vtec and Si downpipe, however you will need to modify the holes

i have a greddy sp on my car, and when i swapped the jdm h22a for its short life in i put the header on no problem. i never drilled anything, or welded or extended. the bolt holes on my exhaust were not drilled they were factory cut. the si and vtec downpipe should just bolt up to my understanding and i dont see how it wouldnt. the only difference is you cant mix h23 and h22 a and b pipes.

You are more than welcome to come Scott, I sent you the address in you private mail. It's in Pasadena a lot closer to you than Costa Mesa. Probably about 10 mins at your cruising speed of 140mph. J/K
