How do I install Hiro Lip?

Can anyone tell me how to mount this thing? It has not brackets. And it does not appear to have many places to drill holes. HELP!!

i put self tappers right into my stock bumper in the wheelwells. i havn't needed anything more then that. 2 screws in each well.

it should mount rite up to ur oem bumper... i used rivets to fasten mine on.. u can use 2x tape and some screws it should be fine.

I used rivets with 3m double sided tape(the thick kind).
