How do I change the bulb in my OEM fog lights?

I have a 1993 prelude with OEM Fog Lights. I took the plastic panel off the front of the light so I could get to the main screws where you would take out the light. The screws are rusted up and I cannot turn them. Anyone know how I am supposed to go about changing my bulb?

I had to pull my damn bumper, but it's worth it cause nothing works and looks better than oem fogs.

For the rusted screws don't fret, make sure you use a good quality and proper size screwdriver. Mine were rusted too and I first tried it with a cheap screwdrive and it started stripping. I then went through my dads tools and got a snap-on and it came out.

A Snap-on screwdriver? What is that? Is it a brand of a screwdriver or something? I even poured some liquid wrench around the rusted screw. I tried 2 different sizes of screwdrivers. I twisted as hard as I could and it still wouldn't budge. So are you saying that I have to pull my bumper off? How do I go about doing that? Is it hard?

Snap-On is a brand of tools. Since you are having trouble getting the screws out it seems like they are seazed to me. Try a little "Liquid Wrench" or "WD40" and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then try unscrewing them. Both liquids can be found at any hardware store, and can become indespensable when it comes down to a screw or bolt that wont budge. Good Luck :bighthumb:

So, if I do get the screws out, will I need to take off the front bumper at all? Is Snap-On the best brand of screwdrivers for this little project? I think my screws are stripped...I tried a little too hard and now I don't know what to do.

Snap-On is a brand of tools ,probably considered the best brand, that has been around for a long time. I'm not sure how a regular person can buy them maybe online. My dad used to be a mechanic and the snap-on truck comes by once week to all the auto repair places.

If the screw is stripped, you'll need to drill it out. Not fun.

I assume bumper removal is necessary if it's similar to my Accord fogs.
