The fill and drain bolts are located under the car on the passenger side of the transmission. One is a bolt (17mm) and the other bolt accepts a standard 3/8" socket wrench (no actual socket, just attach the wrench to the bolt as if it were the socket). I use a hand pump hooked to a bottle of Honda MTF to fill it when I do the service. Some people fill using the vent tube on the top of the transmission in the engine bay but I prefer to use the fill-hole. It is full when fluid is at the level of the fill hole.

if you dont have a nifty hand pump, just open up this bolt so you can watch the oil level and rig up a funnel to fit into the vent hole at the top where the shift linkage is.

^that's what I used to do.

Just bought a super long funnel and since I had an aem intake, I could easily take out the upper section and get a funnel down there.
