How to change OEM fog bulbs?

I want to change the fog bulbs for these new hyper-white ones I've got, but I can't get the fog assembly to come off. I looked on the instructions for fog installation and it says all I need to do is remove the front screws, and the unit comes off (without the metal brackets).

Well mine won't come off; is there another trick to it I'm not aware of?

I hope i don't have to take off the bumper, and reverse the installation

Ok here is how you change the bulbs

1. Take a philips screw driver and remove the plastic covering(should be 2 screws)
2. Remove the screws that hold on the fog light. Should be 2 to 4 screws, one at each corner of the fog light
3. Grab the fog light and pull it out slowly
4. Unclip the fog light from the wire harness. The fog light should be in your hand free from the car.
5. Flip the fog light upside down and remove the three screws and take off the peice
6.Undo the clip that holds the actual light
7. Replace light with new bulb
8. Do in reverse order to put back on

I think thats everything.

Aren't the lenses also held on with Torx screws?

Right, I did remove the screws, but the damn fogs still won't come out of their brackets. They will move somewhat, but it's as if something else within the bumper frame is holding them in; like it's tethered to something.

Now I'm thinking maybe the wire is caught on something... That could be it.... So there are only four screws, the ones in front, right? I got all those...

My fog lights fit in tight. I have to jiggle it out.

you have to take off the lower cover. Not the front cover.
