How can I transform my S lude to Superlude?

Everybody was telling me that I got a weakest lude S...

I was kinda pissed and I told myself that I will keep this car forever.. So, can anybody (Professional) tell me what exactly should do to my S lude.

What can I actually do to make my lude becomes Super Lude.

I heard from somebody saying that even if I swap in the H22A engine also I won't get the same performance as Si will... So, can anybody explain to me why? People told me that S has a weaker tranny, etc...

OK, so if I really wanna get the BEST performance outta my S lude. what do I need other than H22A engine & tranny swap.

but what's wrong with S tranny?

yes a turbo would be awesome but you would be looking 2500 dollar price range I have a S lude and I had a few threds like this, you know if you do i/h/e right you can get almost what a SI has, if you do nos on it dont do a 100 shot, try maybe a 50 shot or perhaps 75. Dont worry your not alone with this problem

Aren't the suspension and brakes downgraded on the S model as well?

3. Suspension (??? and ???)
4......
5.....
etc.

can somebody please list them out and also give the description?

1. Engine F22 vs H23
2. Brake no ABS vs ABS
3. Suspension I think are the same (independent double wishbone)
4. Tires 185/70/14 vs 205/55/15
5. If you count fuel system, then it'll be SEFI vs MPFI
6. I think S Ludes don't have power windows and door locks.

That's all I can think of. S Ludes are always the best candidates for a JDM H22 transplant as they are a little bit lighter (less safety and luxury options).

I see, now I feel alittle bit better... hehe...

just to comfirm again, how about the tranny?

so, if i changed all of those thing then my S lude will be an Si, right? (let assume if one day I win a lottery!!)

Usally when people mean h22 swap they mean engine and tranny. You can get away with a h23 tranny on a h22 because gearing is about the same but the gearing is way different of a f22 tranny so you have to get one. Also on a swap you need new ecu and you have to modify your exhaust.

Oh if you swap those stuffs above, your VIN number will still be Prelude S. Might as well jack some VIN plates off an Si or VTEC Lude while you're at it

Why is i/h/e pointless on a "S" lude?

F22 trany works fine

its just a little taller gearing which = little slower/ higher top end. I am using mine right now and its not that bad. I know this is beating a dead horse but I hate to see peps get mislead.
BTW the swap is the only way to go with the f22. I/H/E will help but save your pennies and get the swap.
PS S lude has power windows and NO power locks. However they can be put in. Later

That's because we have the F-series engine (way lighter than the DOHC VTEC)
