Hot weather, call stalls when rolling to a stop...

I've been having this problem for 2 yrs now, and I still have no idea what's wrong.

It usually only happens on hot days, car idles low when fully warmed, and idle tends to fluxuate between 650rpm to 720 (on VAFC). When I am coming to a stop usually coast it in neutral, the idle stays around 800-900, but when I come to a complete stop the car bogs down and sometimes stalls.

Anyone think it's the TPS? I think I am having probs with it in the first place.

thx

charlie

have you checked your egr valve? sometimes when it gets dirty that could be the problem.

Watch your voltage reading on your VAFC for the TPS when it does it, see if you notice anything weird.

Do you think you could squeeze a crow's foot wrench down there?

Try cleaning the throttle body, specifically where the plate closes. Seemed to help my idle. Or try this; http://www.ef-honda.com/ben/Badidle.php

I'm telling you, try the steps in this link and forget the egr valve.
