I've got the custom kit from AdReNaLiN on H-T... Still busy installing it, on one side the hoodbracket is too loose. Need to pop-rivet it again, I think my friend who did that side hasn't drilled through both pieces of metal so the rivets aren't fully through.

But the quality of the kit is very good, now if the damn thing only will get installed properly

Here's the link on how to modify the Tein one to work in a 5th gen. Might work for the 4th gen. http://www.vancouverpreludeclub.com/...5&pagenumber=1

I would do it, but I've got a carbon fiber hood and I heard it slams the hood down hard when you close it.

the issue with CF hoods is that the struts are rather strong and will "fling" your hood open if its too light...in addition, the mounting points on the CF hoods are not as strong as people think, and thus after the hood gets flung open, it will pivot hard on its mounting point causing cracks or fractures to the CF hood....

as far as hood dampers for the 4th gen, i do not see it possible to make one that doesnt require any drilling like all the other kits out there are....but if u dont mind drilling and wutnot, then its very possible...it all depends on how much drilling and fabricating you are willing to do...
