lol, I could've sworn that this was in the 5th gen forum. My bad! I don't have any experience with 4th gens, but it should probably be about the same. there is a writeup somewhere here or in the faqs on how to do it for a 5th gen, and everything should be the same for the 4th gen, with the exception of maybe a screw or two.
its the same as a regular gasket except the thickness. Beleive me its a pain in the ass to installe because the intake manifold is a ***** to get to with it in the car. Thats what makes it difficult.
In regards to the performance...hell yeah they are dyno proven and after my install my intake manifold barly gets hot anymore. I can rest my hand on it as long as Iwant now. Before it was HOT!
i thought if you looked at hondata website... they have the dynos up there?
yea i just looked. there's a h22a in there with like 5hp in gains... and i think marcucci from in these boards is on the hondata website too?? ...didn't knwo you were so like known marcucci hahaa

I LOVE BLACKTRAX!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! MIRACLE SHOP I TELL YOU!!!
DR from this board made about 6WHP from it. It is not intended to add power as much as it prevents power loss from heat soak. As the engine heats up it heats the manifold which heats the intake air charge and the IAT. As IAT temp increases the ECU will pull out timing. Then power is lost (on top of the lost power from the change in air density).
It does a lot more for drivability and feel than the dyno shows.
The worst part of the install is removing the paper gasket which inevitably sticks to the manifold and head and tears.
