Honda Security System

Hey guys I have a Honda Security System that came stock with my lude. Well, I have a lot of audio/video equipment in the car and I thought it would be time to upgrade my alarm. So I bought a Clifford G5 system. Well, I found out the stock "brain" is under the driver's side seat. I was thinking it might be easier to wire the alarm throughout the car if I can just tap into the stock wiring going into the Honda brain. Has anyone ever done this? Anyone know where I might be able to get a wiring diagram for this wire harness? I really don't want to take my car somewhere to have the alarm installed because for one, it will cost an arm and a leg and for two, I really don't trust those guys. I wouldn't want to get my car back and find scratched/cracked interior panels and whatnot. I know my car inside and out and I feel confident that I can wire this thing up myself. So if anyone has ever done a Clifford G5 install before or know where I can get a wiring diagram for the stock honda security alarm that would be great!

Thanks in advance,
Matt Rittman

Of course...I never said I would put the new brain under the driver's side seat... There are plenty of places in that car where I can hide the brain.

How would it be a messy installation? Have you ever installed anything like this? I have installed JDM Folding Mirrors, a JDM Climate Control, an LCD monitor custom in my dash, and a audio system in the trunk...all wiring is hidden...how will it be a messy install?

because you would be tapping in all in one spot and have a huge mess of wiring going to the brain where ever you put it.

trust me i do all of my own work in my car including jdm mirrors side markers climat controll navigation system edfc for my suspension amps for eveyr spaker a sub and i am working on adding the rear wiper blade. so yes i know how thiongs will turn out.
