Hole In Spare Tire Well - Honda Prelude Forum

I was wondering if someone could check in their spare tire compartment to tell me if there is a hole or rubber gasket near the post that the spare sits on. There is in my car, and the gasket is busted so you can see the road through the hole. Please help so I know what to do about it! TIA

Order a new one, put it where the hole is, drive and don't worry.

I have multiple holes in my trunk from a nitrous line, bottle mounts, blowdown tube, etc. The only time it mattered was when I got caught in 2 ft high water and it still drained out.

buy some silicone sealant and fill dat **** up!
