couldnt i buy dryice and cut it the same size as the stock filter and drill holes in it so air acn pass through....really really cold air......this is me think b4 sleep

you will have cold air, yes... but the CO2 wouldn't really help the oxygen situation inside the engine

the idea is right, but the CO2 would cause some mess - what would the O2 sensors do?

yeah... Dry Ice is just frozen CO2... It will make the air colder, but it will also give you a healthy dose of CO2, which won't combust.

You get an A for effort though

try fabricating something around the intake that you can put dry ice in... right in front of the TB... it would look ghetto, but it would probably work...
