ok, what about this:

intake, header, exhaust, pulleys, cam gears, ignition system, fuel pump, Vafc....

if that doesn't work drop in a 70 shot direct port injection kit

Ask Veetec, he has done it.

I'm sure bolt ons won't do it. You will need to at least open up the head, and possibly some bottom end work.

Knifeedged/lightened crank, higher compression pistons, cams, springs, ratainers, valves, p&P head, valve job, port matched t.b and intake manifold, all of the bolt ons (i/h/e fuel/spark system) vafc, OBDI! :, slicks, good driver. Hopefully that would do it and low altitude and during a nice cool day!

basicall it'll cost you quite a few thousand dollars to get an all motor 13 sec beast? Sounds like it'd be cheaper to go FI? --- but what's the fun in that right?
