hit a pothole

damn socal freeways! after the rain there was huge pothole i couldnt avoid. went straight through it and made a loud a$$ boom. mess up alighment, balance, bent my rim, blown shocks and bumpstop. all that has been change already, new shock/bumpstop,rotate rim. alighment/balane. now my question is even with all that done its still making a clunk noise after drving through a bump. i check everything n it looks fine. doesnt look like anything was broken. could it be my upper arm that is mess up? the ball joint looks fine but the bushing looks a lil tear up(not that bad) . can anyone thats been though this help me out, thanx

in the ball joints dont look at the torn up bushing see if it has "play" and check the tie rods for play. and what kind of clunk when the wheel does a rotation or when you make a turn???

Actually if enough people complain about the hole the city will pay. New Orleans bent all four of my rims and the city paid, I went and took pictures and filed a complaint.
