HIRO side skirts

i bought a set of hiro skirts on ebay...fiberglass sht....but neway...anyone know how to put em on...can they go directly over the stock skirts or i hafta remove the stock ones and drill holes into the hiro skirts?

I'm pretty sure you have to remove the stock side skirts.

the seller just said they fit directly over the old skirts...he said to use double sided tape and self tapping screws to put em on......anyone know from personal experience with HIRO skirts..not just side skirts in general?
