highest revlimit h23

ok im not saying that it will make power past the 6800 0r 6900 revlimiter but what is the highest a h23 with stock valve train can rev to? whats the highest anyone has run their motor up to and be safe?

My friend has a h23 w/ i/h/e, msd 6, gude ecu, gude cams and so other sh;t and he can rev to like 8200 with out any problems for the last 2 years or so.

He doesn't do it all day but I have seen him do it and the car just mobs.

don't take it past 7300, I have i,e, gude race cams, skunk 2 gears, msd sci-l, blaster two coil and I take mine to 7k on a daily basis, no problems what so ever. Just my two cents..

don't know if the springs and retainers are stock, I doubt it, I will ask him Wednesday night.

Where does everyone get their camshafts for thier cars??? I have an H23 and i cant find anything!!!!!

for h23 so far...we only have www.gude.com and www.webcaminc.com to play around with....and they are just regrinds too........

ive had jg 1001s in my car for 2 years with no problem,but dont make the mistake that i did get the wildest that you can get along with that get valve springs, retainers and ecu to raise limit to 8. h23 has alot of power but you need phat cams to move it up in the power band.

i take mine up to right around 7 when im racing hard... Because that way when you shift you stay right in your power.
