HighBeam Always ON after installing HID.

After doing the JDM headlight Conversion/EL gauge cluster conversion and installing H1 HID kit, my high beam is always on whenever I turn the light on.

Whenever I turn my light on, my high beam is on. I have not altered any of my wiring. All I simply did was using the stock high beam connector, tap in positive for positive wire, negative for negative wire for each Left and Right connectors.

For my low beam I convert it to H4 since the JDM headlight only takes h4 bulb for low. I wire them the same way they were wire on the 9005/9006; 2wire negative and positive.
My other question is that will my wiring on the Cluster effect this?
Also, after disconnecting both the High beam connector from the HID bulb, I can turn my high beam off and not when they are connected.

It sounds like I may have wire something improperly. Although all I simply did was connected as how it was on the stock 9005/9006. 2 wire each connector.

Can you guys give me a few pointers as to where to look for this matter?

So when you plug your stock bulbs back in the the highs and lows work normally right? When you wired up the h4 and h1 you just hes the +/- from each harrness right?
Are these plug and play kits or did you hook up a relay?
Somewhere the is a wirring problem. When you click your high beams on does the blue light on the dash come on? When you click it off does the light turn off? Sorry for so many questions just trying to rule out some options.

Wait so let's see, you said that you bought H1 HID, for the high beams, correct? My first guess is that you probably wired the thing up wrong. Did you have a EL gauge cluster to begin with? Did you use the write up on here, if so...my guess is that you probably have some wires touching.

The car never came with the EL gauge, i install it myself. I still havent resolve my problem with the turn signal on the EL gauge. Whenever i signal either to the left or right, both flasher comes on. Could the Gauge cluster causing all this problem?

I mean, i connected positive to postive, nevegative to negative for each high and low connectors. There shouldnt be any wire touching either the low or high beam connectors as i have them properly hook up individually. I'll double check tomorrow.
Also i have notice that ever since i got that gauge cluster up and running, when the daylight running time is on, one of the highbeam is on instead of both of them meaning 3 bulb are on and the other high isnt. As soon as i turn the light on it, the highbeam turns off.

I still have access to high at night by simply clicking it back and both will turn on.

PS: The hid kit did came with relay and such but i remove them all out and connected them straight to the headlight harness by making my own harness with just + and - terminal to the High beam connectors .

Sounds like the guage cluster has something to do with it, since it has daytime running lights. You might want to check one of the write ups for doing the swap.

There's a write up on the DAY TIME running light for the CLuster!?
I could use some help from the write up.
