High mileage oils?

Have 158k on my 92 Si and am running conventional 10w-30.
Was wondering if anyone had any experience with either Castrol GTX High Mileage or Valvoline Maxlife? Both say they are designed for engines with 75k or more on them.

I use Maxlife. My car has 132k. I think the Maxlife gets dark quicker for some reason, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
