hiflow cat install

anyone in the NJ area know where i can get my carsound hiflow cat installed at a decent price please let me know. I need to get my testpipe off so my exhaust doesn't sound so raspy. Thanks alot.

Can you do it yourself? Its fairly simple, just take off test pipe and put the cat in it's place. You can use the same bolts and everything. There's nothing to it. Do it yourself and save some $$$

i agree with the last guy. if you just do it yourself it will save you lots, unless you dont have the equipment. all you need is a jack or ramps, jack stands (if you are using a jack), and something to unbolt the test pipe.

i was planning on doin it myself.. but there are no bolts for the cat. Im not sure how to put it on... its just open circles at the end.

you gotta weld on some flanges to the new cat then it will bolt right up. I would maybe just chop the flanges off the test pipe and weld that to the new cat, and then it should bolt right up. Or maybe a muffler shop will have the correct flanges for you to use? The best thing to do is bring it to a muffler shop and see what their opinion is.
