lookin good kinda funny i have pics of my car exactly like that lol. amazing how once you get them mounted and fired th first thing you do is take pics and post them.

the day i finished and installed mine i had a thread going with hourly updates on bayareaprelude

well, I told someone I would take pics, and I didn't have anything else better to do while taking a drink break. notice the pepsi can on top of the motor.... I tried to adjust them as best as I could in the driveway, sometimes I think they are right, sometimes I think they are wrong while driving down the road. It looks so bright in front of the car!! I'll adjust them this weekend.

did you used your d40 for thos pics

i have never seen a pic of hids that had a lense flare on it

yeah, it was the kit lens with a UV filter on it. I was trying to get a good pic of it....it was prob the angle. is that a necessarily bad thing?

it depends sometimes it can be considered artistic and it can add. in this case its just a snap shot so it doesnt really matter. it all has to do with he angle that the light goes into the lens. personally i would not have expected it from the angle considering there is no light going up from the projectors.

well, there was some light. that was before they were adjusted and they were aimed pretty damn high.
