I just bought the Random Technologies High-Flow Cat. I have yet to put it on, but as far as I know it is the best legal cat.

IMHO, the random cat is a POS. It will not fit right and was too short and for how much it cost, come on.
The cat really does not offer any real performance gain,. Stay away from landspeed cat cuase I think I read some where hear that they are also POS.
If my cat goes bad, I am getting one from here

I've got an Airmass/Holley cat (which is legal) that is pretty sweet.
Fits pretty good and has a nice tone.

yes a testpipe will give you some top end power.

i have a powercore cat from landspeed on my car right now and it is pretty nice. didnt fit the best but i made it work and the piping lines up fine so that's all that matters!
