HELP! Wiring Problems..No accessory switch

Hey all, I just bought a 93 prelude for 500.00, anyways, I'm having a few problems and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

My issue is this, The car won't run, I believe it to be electrical because I have no accessories. When you turn the key to the accessory point, nothing on my dash lights up, and the dash will only light up as you turn to the run position. I've checked all fuses, traced all wires back and found no shorts or f-ups anywhere. I'm really at a loss, and also I've tested the ignition switch as the manual stated. Anyone that has any ideas or suggestions please shoot them to me.

thanks.

And obviously your switch is working fine? Did you check to see if the switch has power going to it? If so use a fused wire and short the power to the acc wire and see if your radio and fan come on, if so your switch is bad.
