A JDM H22A head will fit a USDM H22A1 block.

Only difference I know of is the JDM has 10.6 c/r and the usdm has 10.0 c/r.

The pistons set the CR. You will still have 10:1 CR with a JDM head. AFAIK the JDM head is the same as the USDM.
