HELP ECU problem

Hi I have a 1995 prelude S, the ECU and the other main computer has gone bad you can,t read them with a programer my mechanics computer reader thing he says he gets one second of codes and then it go,s blank. So I was wondering instead of a normal computer can I put a VTEC in its place I had herd of some one doing this but how hard would that be to do?

Er, VTEC problem? Not quite...

And no, you won't gain anything by putting an H22 / VTEC computer in your S.

Save up for an H22 swap. The F22 is weak and a tuned ECU, if there are any available, will make noticeably more power. If the ECU is indeed bad, just find another stock replacement and throw it in

ya your right I should just save some money for a h22 then that would fix all my computer problems. I found a h22 from a 97 prelude could I fit that even if it from a 5gen and if not my friend suggeted that I get a k20 from a crv how hard do you think that would be and can you even do that?
