Help!! Unkown noise Need HELP!!

Tonite I was out racing around on some curvy back roads and After I got done I noticed a clicking or flapping noise when I acclerated, but only while i was in gear. It sounded like the exhaust somewhere but I couldn't figure it out. I just installed an OBX 4-2-1 Header and a OBX High Flo Cat. Everything was fine until tonite. Could someone please Help It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

By the way I have a 93 Vtec Milano Red with a ACT Stage 1 Full face clutch and Extreme Pressure Plate, an XACT Prolite Flywheel, OBX Header and High-Flo CAt and a CP CAI with k&N cone filter.

if that doesn't do it, check the ones from the manifold to the head. Did you replace your exhaust manifold gasket?

I'm getting a noise as well, its sort of like a raspy wrr when you tap on the gas a bit .. also, I notice when im in neutral I can smell exhaust fumes in the cabin if the fans blowing .. I popped the hood and accelerated the throttle cable and definately as expected, downpipe to header is loose.

I didnt put a gasket in there either ( my bad ) ... so I'm going to do that soon as my new o2 sensor comes in..

Ok I tightened up all the bolts on the header and in the process i found one of the header ot downpipe bolts was stripped. I replaced the bolt and now it sounds almost but i think im just going to save up for a greddy header.

Any compliments or complaints about that header?
