HELP!!!!! Tailights and Tachometer lights don't work

Ok, so I bought this car about a month ago and everything is fine with it except the interior lights but not all of them all the interior lights work excpet for the speedometer and tachometer lights and the tailights don't work but when I break the brake lights and the tailights work I've checked all the fuses and they are all fine but for some reason those two things just don't work I do need to get my alternator belt changed soon but I don't whether its that or the the switch that turns all the other lights on needs to be switched out with another one or if it's the bulbs inside of the dash or the wiring also I need to know how to remove my atenna...thanks

Antenna,
in most of the cases even if just the mast you may need to remove the whole system.
-you need to remove the nut (most of the times chrome) in the outside, I use pliers, but be careful with the paint
-then remove the jack and inner trunk covers (the one that covers the taillights and the one in the jack)
-then remove a 10mm nut, disconnect the cable and hose and play a bit with it to take it out
-if the mast is stuck, i would say broke it and get a new one

Taillights
-fuse #42 (20A) under-hood
-bad ground (losen bolt near the latch of the trunk and spare tire)
-integrated control unit (box behind the fusebox under-dash) (get a new fusebox)
-combination light switch (in steering wheel)

could also measure/check the voltage with the bulb out (in the bulb pins) to look for a broken cable

Main gauge (speedo/tach)
-fuse #13(10A) and ( #19(15A) or #23(15A) )

dont know what else could it be

if it is 94-96 EL gauges and it dont light up but the needles works,
then you probably have the bulb damaged or the inverter
which in my case i would make it in leds

add a bit of more info
temp/gas work fine?

(with the new Adobe reader is a pain... to look in the manual)

i had this issue and it kep repeating itself and i found out that the issue was my aftermarket alpine in dash unit system! The ground of the wire was loose from the electrical tape coming loose and then it kept zapping and blowing my fuse.

in that case you could solder the wires... you dont need to be an expert to make it, soldering iron, flux and tin

for taping them, i like the ones that are soft and you can stretch, in the fist covering of tape, put them glue to glue then continue taping.
that will make it very hard to take out, even if the other tape get losen that wil be strong and hard to lose
