Help from someone W/ Helms please!

Hello everyone. Over the past 2 days, I've been trying to find out why the fuse for my "Small Light- 20 AMP" keeps blowing out. THis controls the tail lights, front corner, front parking, and rear corner lights.

Now, I can't find my Chilton's, and I think I got scammed on my helms, and I was wondering if I anyone can scan the wiring diagram for everything related to this particular fuse. It is under the hood, and is the on the top row (closest to firewall) and is the 4th from the right.

I'm waiting for my GF to bring a multimeter home so I can check more things.

Thanks everyone.
JP

Let me know what's up.

Good Luck!
