Hi everyone I have a 1993 honda prelude h23 manual. ( 188,000 miles) and it runs interminentley sonme times it woont start for days even. I checked and the reason as far as I can tell is it is not getting spark sometimes. also when I drive the tachometer seems to go crazy and obviousley is not reflecting the rpms accuretley... So far I have replaced the distributor ( entire assembly) and the coil, after I replaced the coil it seemed to run alot better and did so for about a day. Just as an added note I do not have working radiator fans either. and recently replaced the coolant lines, thermostat and both in line coolant sensors. The running problem happened after I changed these things. And dont worry I am not buying all of these parts I have a 93 blue top vtec prelude as well that the transmission and clutch have gone bad in.
