HELP: new clutch, all gears only grind in higher revs past 3,000 rpm

Hi everyone

like the title says, i recently installed a new clutch on my JDM H22a with LSD and my gears grind in higher revs past the 3,000 rpm mark. Only if I step on the clutch and let the rpm climb down in between 1-2K rpm, then I can shift perfectly fine without any grind. Clutch lines holds fluid and obtains perfect pressure at the pedal.

What could it be? bad clutch or bad tranny? What puzzles me is the grind at higher rpms only vs low rpm with no grinds. Is this signs and symptoms of a bad NEW clutch? I never had this issue before in any of my F and H series swaps. Its been about 2 weeks and already near the 500 miles new clutch break in period and still grinding. I didn't know if I have to wait past the 500 miles break in period or what? The grinding started since day 1 during test drive down the street. Any one with similiar problems fixed?

I have installed: a new throwout bearing, new pressure plate, new clutch.

Haven't found anything helpful so far so i decided to post. Thanks to you all in advance.

this might be a stupid idea but did you use honda mtf fluid in your trans, and is it full? sounds more like something in the gear box instead of a clutch problem

Did you turn or replace the flywheel? Did you replace the synchronizers in the trans while it was out of the car?

No i didn't replace any synchronizers while the tranny is out. I never messed with synchros before so i didn't bother and just took his word for it (risky). I was told the tranny was working when i bought it. it works but i have to shift in a super slow motion. i'm going to try to put the GM synchromesh in there. but in worst case i think the synchros are bad on the lsd.
