okay so my bro jus got a prelude after taking interest into mine, and a week ago, he was driving down the road and a car was in the middle lane and he thot he cud turn so he sped up and my bro cud not brake becuz of snow, and hit him, and so my bro hit him in the front rite fender, but the thing is it was the other guys fault. The problem is that my bro didnt call the copz becuz the other guy said hed pay em and he gave em his name and phone number, the next day we tried calling and calling but no answer. a few days later my ma calls to tell him off, and he said hed give us 1000 but that is not enough because the car will need a new bumper, right headlight, hood, and radiator. the main problem is that the other guy filed a report saying my brother hit him, and saying that my bro was the 1 trying to turn. A few days before dat my bro filed a report. But as of right now the police believe my bro is the 1 to blame? hes trying to make our insurance pay for his damage! what can we do? the guy himself admitted that it was his fault. and it hurts me to see a beautiful car jus ruined. Any advice?
