Help me with my header!!! - Honda Prelude Forum

Not sure if I should post this in fourth or fifth gen, so I'm going to post it in both.

So, I am looking into getting a new header.
Read quite a few reviews, yada yada.

Ordered a Pacesetter to start because it was more in my budget range. Received it and it did not line up right with my motor.
I have a JDM h22a in my car, so it would be a 92-95 spec. That is the header I ordered and the bottom holes were too far spaced apart.

Anyway, as I looked around on the internet for some help I saw some people saying the JDM motor had a different pattern, yet others said ANY h22 would have the same bolt pattern and use the same headers.

So my question, is it probably just a flaw by Pacesetter or is there a certain brand I have to go with?

^this is true.

All h22's have the same bolt pattern. I had a USDM 5th gen header on my car right after my jdm h22a swap because I didn't find an aftermarket header quick enough.
