Help, which is the manual tensioner in this pic?

I'm looking to replace the auto tensioner in my H22 with the manual tensioner from an H23. Which item is it in this pic from Majestic Honda?

Is it items 10 and 18???

yes, that is the region of the tensioner. not sure which one it is but it is one of those two since it says "adjuster" for both. to me, it looks like 2 versions of the same thing

don't listen to what i say about that other than its one of the two!

Speaking of this topic...

How do you tighten your belts, and what tool do you need to do it? My belts always squeal when it's wet out, and sometimes when it's cold.
