Why isnt it passing? Too much Hcl? NO? C02?
Need info. Do you have a cat? Doesnt the engine run right? Does it idle? Is it passing the low test and not the high speed test or the other way around or failing both?

Is the engine light on? Cause if it is it might be your O2 sensor or at least it was on mine.

Red4WS: what code were you getting? I'm having a code for the O2 sensor heater but only once in a while... did you have you engine light on all the time?

According to the letter of the law (at least here) , if you swap to a newer motor in your older car, you need to have all of the emission equipment working for the newer motor, ie: in your case you would need to be running OBD2/cat/dual 02 sensors ect.

I'm thinking it's my injectors but I nobody has been able to confirm this... I have a few extra O2 sensors I can use if my current one is bad
